Members of the R/3 Software Factory Add-On: Authorization profile
<ZH>B_OCS_AOF</> is required for this.
Members of SW Factory Final Assembly: Authorization profile
<ZH>B_OCS_SF</> is required for this.
Functions such as requesting Support Packages do not require these
authorizations (to call these functions, choose <LS>SAP Patch
Service</> in your inbox).
