Was verursacht dieses Problem?

The system executes the default implementation of the BAdI that tries to
determine the user number based on the forklift number.
It tries to retrieve basic information about the warehouse &
(which site has been assigned), but it cannot find any entry for this
warehouse in the database (table T340D).

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Check that the warehouse number is correct. This might be an issue of
bin mapping from the bin tag of AII to the combination of
warehouse/storage type/storage bin in the system.
