The remodeling rule you are trying to open is not consistent. This might
be because parameters were automatically added to the remodeling rule
when saving, which results in an inconsistent state when the remodeling
rule is loaded again.
This can happens if SAP Notes regarding Remodeling Toolbox have been
implemented, thus changing the list of required parameters of an
operation<(>,<)> and you are trying to load an older remodeling rule.
