inactive (i.e. carries a deletion flag).
The deletion flags in the period condition record and the main condition
record differ.
This is not allowed.

Contact your system administrator. The above situation should not have
arisen and it is likely that a program error has occurred.

&V2&) has the (internal) number &V3&.
