When forming the stratification, the system found that the ratio of
stock elements to the number of chosen sampling elements is not ideal
in the last samling stratum.
The system may not be able to complete the inventory sampling
successfully if there are not enough sampling elements for subsequent
random selections in the last stratum.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

If necessary, check whether you can improve the stratification by
increasing or decreasing the upper value limit.
