element. This third element is
the batch number for batch maintenance if a batch management requirement
is specified
the valuation type (in the case of split valuation) if no batch
management requirement is specified
the supplier number for consignment supplier maintenance
The system checks the material number when the material master record is
maintained. When you create a batch, it checks the batch number on the
initial screen if a batch management requirement is specified.
