The error was probably caused by the incorrect status of the
participation document counter. Participation documents must be unique
and an error in the counter could result in the same number being
assigned twice.
Check table LSOTPARTDOC_C (using transaction SE16) to view the current
counter status of the <DS:SIMG.HR_LSO_M1C1D2A4>number range interval
for course participation documents</>. Set the counter to ensure that
the next available number is outside the range of numbers already
assigned.
