to a different cost accounting scenario from your data entry profile.
You cannot perform functions for display-only records, if the functions
would cause changes to the record (for example, long text, propose
hours).

You can only change the record using a profile that is assigned to the
same cost accounting scenario, for example, the profile used to enter
the record.
