You tried to call up a report class overview, i.e. a graphic which
displays all report classes belonging to the current user group. This
graphic cannot be displayed as there are no report classes in this user
group.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Using 'Report portfolio' -> 'Report class' -> 'Create', you can add a
report class and then call up the report class overview function again.
