Was verursacht dieses Problem?

You cannot settle statistical orders or apply overhead to them.
Therefore, it is not possible to create a settlement rule for
statistical orders. It is also not possible to enter the following
parameters:
Processing group
Settlement cost element
Settlement cost center
G/L account
Costing sheet
Overhead key
Results analysis key
Variance key
You can enter an "automatically posted cost center", and make a true
posting of it, in parallel to the order. You can only enter this cost
center (from Release 4.0) in the "Control" subscreen.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Undo the parameters listed above, or remove the "Order is statistical"
indicator, and if needed, the cost center that was actually posted to.
