"2" (split costs) to "1" (unsplit costs).
Cycle &V1& contains at least one segment which uses a PA transfer
structure that is not suited for transferring unplit costs. This may be
because the fixed costs and the variable costs are assigned to
different value fields in the PA transfer structure.
