You are working in account-based Profitability Analysis (see under
"Environment -> Set operating concern" in the application menu).
The transaction you chose is not supported in account-based
Profitability Analysis.
The purpose of account-based Profitability Analysis is to present data
in a form reconciled with Financial Accounting (FI). Consequently,
it is not possible to valuate data with imputed costs or sales
deductions. Instead, the costs of sales posted in FI at the point of
goods issue are transferred to account-based Profitability Analysis
as the costs of goods manufactured. Sales deductions (not statistical)
are taken directly from the billing document.

You therefore cannot carry out the activities required for valuation
in costing-based CO-PA when you customize account-based CO-PA. In
addition, it is not possible to create actual line items manually in
account-based CO-PA, since these line items would have no reference
to an FI document.
Whereas costing-based Profitability Analysis stores all values in
"value fields", which generally represent a summary of different
accounts, account-based CO-PA stores the values at the account level.
Consequently, when you set up account-based CO-PA, you do not need to
perform any activities in which you would assign accounts to value
fields. This means that you do not have to maintain a PA settlement
structure for postings from FI to CO-PA or for order settlement.
