You have activated the export interface. You tried to change the value
maintenance for a variable transaction. This is not possible however if
the export interface is activated.

If you need to change the value maintenance types, deactivate the export
interface first. Note that the value maintenance can affect the export
relevance of a transaction. If a transaction has more than one type of
value maintenance, the export relevance of the transaction may change
over time. This can lead to serious problems.
