The position can now be changed only by directly transferring position
values. Orders created for this position have <ZH>no</> effect on
position values.
Changing from 'position value transfer' (2) to 'generation via orders'

When transferring position values, the date saved is that of the most
recently created position value. The position values can then be
changed as follows:
Position values with position dates after this date can then be changed
only by creating orders.
Position values with position dates before or on this date still have
to be transferred directly.
