Resources are stored in data tables as BLOBs You can only access a table
exclusively; parallel access is possible via multiple tables with the
same structure. These are called pool tables.
These tables are generated when necessary, as soon as <ZH>no</> more
free tables are available, and added to the pool.
In the current case, a table should have been created, however, creation
failed due to an exception.
