When determining the goal of a storage operation, two explicit values
can be entered in the BAdI implementation: EV_USE_FS and EV_CONN_TYPE.
The first parameter shows that something is to be written to the file
system, regardless of what Customizing says; the second parameter points
to a specific type of connection.
If both values are filled, a decision about which to use cannot be made.
