The permit cannot be deleted as long as this assignment exists.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Block the permit with the usage block, so that the permit cannot be
reassigned to one of the aforementioned objects.
Then delete the assignment of the permit to all the technical objects
(functional location, equipment), so that the permit is not proposed
again for orders.
The system status of an order determines whether the assignment of a
permit to an order can be deleted. These assignments are only deleted
if an order has been archived.
You can only delete the permit if all these assignments have been
deleted.
