To activate the service, proceed as follows:
Start transaction SICF.
Enter the name <LS>OA2C_CONFIG</> in the <LS>Service Name</> field and
choose <LS>Execute</>.
Select the service under <LS>Virtual Hosts/Services</> and choose <LS>
Activate Service</> from the context menu.
