During inbound processing, the system tries to adjust the validity
period of the bank information record to match the payroll periods. In
this case, the system couldn't find the frequency of payroll area
&1 on &2, so it wasn't able to make these adjustments.
Note: Frequency corresponds to period parameter in the SAP ERP system.
