In salary groups A15 and A16, if an assignment to a transfer level is
made during a transfer, then the following promotion skips the
associated regular level that would have occurred and the next higher
level is reached (Sec. 3, Par.2 S.2 of Bes_G).
According to the previous basic salary system according to salary
seniority (BDA), the next increase would occur on &V1& . If this day is
the same as the day of transfer, an assignment from level &V3& to level
&V4& is made at
the same time (on &V1&) for the salary group &V2&. Once the next level
has been reached, the relevant period of experience begins according to
Sec. 27 Par.3 BBesG.
