In salary groups A15 and A16, if an assignment to a transfer level is
made during a transfer, then the following promotion skips the
associated regular level that would have occurred and the next higher
level is reached (Sec. 3, Par.2 S.2 of Bes_G).
According to the previous basic salary system according to salary
seniority (BDA),
the promotion would occur on &V1& . According to the person's length of
experience, the next level would not be reached until &V2&. Therefore,
if you use the "favorability rule", the promotion from level &V3& to the
next highest level &V4& occurs at an earler time, on &V1&.
After the next highest level has been reached, the controlling length of
experience starts according to ? 27 Para.3 BBesG.
