processing logic for the different collective agreements based on the
<LS>Pay Scale Area</> identifier (TBKNZ).
In the view <LS>Transfer to TVoeD: Assignment Pay Scale Type Old/New</>
(V_T5DPBS3A), you create an entry with the missing pay scale type as a
new pay scale type and as an old pay scale type and assign a
corresponding identifier as the pay scale area.
