evaluations and need to be entered. In rare cases it is possible that an
employee does not have a first name or last name, or that it is not
known. However, one of the two name components (first name or last name)
must always exist.

Enter the first name and last name for the employee. If one of the name
components is not known, leave the corresponding field empty and enter
the name component that is known.
