If the <DS:DE.P01_SV_EL_URLEG>Vacation Pay</><LS></> field (URLEG) is
filled, then only the values <LS>1</> or <LS>2</> are permitted for the
<LS>URLEGGEZ</> field. If <LS>URLEG</> is not filled, then <LS>URLEGGEZ
</> cannot be filled either.
