Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway
<ZH>Non-Member States</>
Switzerland
The nationality of the employee for which the request for an A1 posting
can be made in accordance with Article 12, Para. 1 Reg. (EC) No.
883/2004 or in accordance with Article 11, Para. 3 Letter b) Regulation
(EC) No. 883/2004 can be made also determines the individual validity
area:
Citizens of an EU state and stateless persons:
In general, A1 statements for all states of the regional validity area
can be issued.
Citizens of Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway:
In general, A1 statements for all states of the regional validity area
with the exception of Switzerland can be issued.
Citizens of Switzerland:
In general, A1 statements for all states of the regional validity area
with the exception of Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway can be issued.
Citizens of non-member states (with the exception of Switzerland):
A1 statements are possible for all EU states except for Denmark and the
United Kingdom.
This error message is issued if the country of the A1 request is not
part of the personal regional validity area.
