The ELENA procedure starts on &v1&. Notifications before &v1& cannot be
created. Payroll results after &v1& are not selected.

Creation of the notification is cancelled.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

In a live client, it is only possible to create notifications for
payroll results after &v1&. In a test client, you can also create
notifications for payroll results before &v1& for test purposes.
However, note that these notifications should not be sent as they will
not be accepted by the Zentrale Speicherstelle (ZSS) (German central
storage location), the receiving office for ELENA notifications.
