In the ELENA procedure, you must decide whether the employee is a public
sector employee. You use the payroll type (employee subgroup grouping
for personnel calculation rules) to do this. Public sector employees
must have payroll type 4.
However, table T503 or table WPBP of the payroll results do not contain
any entries for employee group &v1& and employee subgroup &v2&
