In the infotype "DEUEV", enter a permitted person group for the employee
and run payroll for this employee before you recreate the notification.
If the employee is a public sector employee, you must check whether the
BAdI "BADI_HRPAYDE_EL_BEAMTER" correctly determines the status of the
employee. In the standard SAP system, the public sector employee status
is determined using the grouping of the employee subgroups for the
personnel calculation rule. The grouping must have the value 4 for the
public sector employees.
