The employee has an absence outside of continued pay, which requires
special calculation of contributions according to sec. 23c SGB IV.
The decision as to whether contribution-liable income exists cannot be
made, because there is no wage type for the comparison net.

Correct the comparison net.
You can specify the comparison net manually in a wage type. If it is
calculated in a notional run, check the payroll log to determine why it
is missing.
