The taxation of regular payments occurs by calling the program process
flow plan for the payroll period.
Within the process flow plan of the program, the amounts are
extrapolated for the year and then the annual exemptions are deducted.
For submonth tax splits, the wage within the split period is determined
proportionally for one tax day and then the day table is used to
extrapolate the determined tax for the split period.
When the year table is used for the tax calculation for regular
payments, the process flow is explained in the additional information
for permanency.
