This error message can have various causes:
Wage type /28C seems to be missing from the payroll results or its
amount field does not contain the value "1".
The absence from infotype 2001 used for the period specified is not
indicated as unpaid absence for supplementary pension purposes.
The remuneration has been assigned to the payroll period specified due
to a payroll error.

The period for the notification and the notification itself are
nevertheless created and sent to the SPI. Note, however, that the SPI
may not process (or be able to process) the notifications.
