The system could not unambiguously determine the administrative office
from the specified abbreviation.
In the directory of the severely disabled, the administrative office
that has issued an ID for severely challenged persons; a severely
disabled equivalency certificate, and so on, must be specified. Up to
now, the administrative office could be stored in the free text. The
administrative office could be stored previously as free text. Since the
display year 2002, the Bundesanstalt fnr Arbeit [Federal Employment
Agency] has defined official abbreviations that must be used in the
directory of the severely disabled.
The correct abbreviation for the administrative office is especially
important if the data for the directory of the severely disabled are
supposed to be imported into the software IW-Elan.
