If the reason for a notification with status 00 (new) (for example, an
action) can no longer be found in the master data, the notification is
deleted. The same applies if the person is no longer participating in
the ELStAM procedure.
Another reason for deleting a notification with the status 00 (new) is
the <DS:DE.P01_TX_E2_QUARANTAENE>Quarantine Indicator for Process
Control</>
with specification 02 (quarantine - Generate notifications/collect lock
notifications).
