attribute or a parameter should be set for the current fictitious run.
However, there is no active fictitious run. This means that function
DFLST SETA or DFLST SETP has been called at the incorrect location in
the payroll schema.

Function DFLST with parameter <LS>SETA</> or <LS>SETP</> is always
called based on the active fictitious run or the one that has just been
generated. It should take place immediately after generating the
fictitious run (therefore, after calling function DFLST ADD).
