You are using a special feature for the Public Sector. When the notional
net amount is calculated for the agreed gross amount, the SPF is taken
into account. This means that only flat-rate taxation is supported. For
your employee, a different tax indicator is set in infotype 51 (ASB/SPI
Data). The tax procedure was set to "Flat Rate" by the program.
