A unique file name could not be determined when creating the ELDA data
medium.
This could be due to the fact that a dataset is currently being
processed and the associated file is still open, and a different pro
cessing step is trying to open another dataset with the same name. After
a certain number of failed attempts, the program issues this error
message and terminates processing.
