two-step procedure</>:
First, copy the plan without the detail plan changes: (Program <ZH>
RHHCP_PLAN_COPY</>).
Then transfer the detail plan changes: (Program <ZH>
RHHCP_PLAN_COPY_DETAIL_CHANGES</>).

Organizational changes have been made since the planning run was
executed for employees.
The context or scenario are different for the source and target plans.
