The column sequence is incorrect:
The <ls>Objective Setting</> (OBJ0) column may only appear in the first
row.
You can only use the OBJ1, OBJL, OBJH, OBJB, and OBJE columns together
with the <ls>Objective Setting</> (OBJ0) column.
You can only select the FWGT and / or FWRS columns together with the
<ls>Final Appraisal</> column.
You can only select the <ls>Part Appraisal Weighting</> column together
with the <ls>Part Appraisal</> column.
The <ls>Part Appraisal Weighting</> and <ls>Part Appraisal</> columns
must follow each other.
At least the FAPP, PAPP, or OBJ0 columns should be available.
