You must choose exactly one template.
You can only define appraisers and appraisees.
The function is not possible for part appraisers or additional
participants.
Of all dates, the system only takes the validity period into account.

Systemantwort

Independent of the existing document parameter, the system evaluates all
existing documents with all statuses.
A status-dependent selection could output the result that the requested
object has no document, even though a document already exists with a
status that was not selected.
