The granting has expired

The system does not delete the row.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Ensure that the cursor is positioned in the correct row, and possibly
try to delete the row again.
If you want to delete a granting for which exercises already exist,
delete first the exercises (in the exercise transaction) and then the
granting.
