After having processed the first event, the system found that the COBRA
obligations towards all persons affected by the subsequent event "&V1&"
of &V2& had already been fullfilled.

Systemantwort

Having determined that the "&V1&" of &V2& actually does not constitute
a qualifying COBRA event, the system drops the affected persons from
the event collection buffer (table T5UDB). Consequently, the
<LS>COBRA-Qualified Beneficiary</> infotype (0211) is not updated with
the data pertaining to this non-qualifying event, and no COBRA letters
are generated.
