The system evaluated an eligibility rule that uses the actual hours
worked by an employee, cumulated over the employee's
employment period, as an eligibility criterion. However, for this
particular employee, the hire date cannot be determined by the function
module RP_HIRE_FIRE.
Either the <ZK>Actions</> infotype (0000) or the <ZK>Organizational
Assignment</> infotype (0001) cannot be read, or the function module
cannot infer a hire date from the data available on these infotypes.

hire date algorithm implemented in the function module
<DS:FU.RP_HIRE_FIRE>RP_HIRE_FIRE</>.
