employee's spouse. However, either the relevant infotype records (
<ZK>Personal Data</> (0002) in case of the employee and <ZK>
Family/Related Person</> (0021) in case of the spouse) could not been
found or the relevant fields on these records (P0002-GESCH and
P0021-FASEX respectively) are not filled.

Systemantwort

The system cannot calculate the cost of the benefit plan, and excludes
the plan from further processing.

If the records mentioned above do not exist, create new records.
