Execute the transaction SWDD and enter the workflow template &V2&.
Go to the 'Start Events' tab title under Basic Data ->
Version-INdependent (Task).
Enter the following values: Object category 'CL', object type
'CL_HRASR00_WF_PROCESS_OBJECT' and event of the object
'CREATED_BY_XI_MESSAGE'.
Check the data flow from the event container to the workflow container.
The data flow should be defined as described below. The event container
elements are on the left hand side, the workflow container elements are
on the right hand side.
<(>&<)>_EVT_OBJECT& to <(>&<)>PROCESS_OBJECT&
<(>&<)>STEP_OBJECT& to <(>&<)>STEP_OBJECT&
<(>&<)>XI_WORKFLOW_CONTROL_DATA& nach <(>&<)>XI_WORKFLOW_CONTROL_DATA&
Activate the start event.
Activate the workflow template.
