You have tried to create or change a basic set. The set contains a set
line in which the from value is greater than the to value. This
problem can also occur when unchanged basic sets are used, if these
sets contain variables and the default values of the variables generate
an inadmissible interval.
The system rejects the set creation or change.
Correct the set line or the default value of the variables.
