The variation range which is defined by the 'from level', 'to level'
and single value indicator, must lie within the variation range defined
for this report.
Correct your entries for the from level or the to level.
If the fields are blank (default setting), only reports at the highest
hierarchy node of the predefined variation range will be displayed.
