Was verursacht dieses Problem?

A report which selects the data from the data base is selected for
planning. However, the report &V2& cannot be blocked, due to one of
the following:
Another user has called up the planning function at the same time.
The generated report is processed using the ABAP/4 editor, for example,
using transaction SE38.
