one of the following reasons:
The curves do not exist at all.
The settings for the yield curves are incomplete because the settings
are not migrated to the yield curve framework.

Adjust the Customizing settings in the activity <DS:SIMG.JBGKN>Define
Yield Curve Types</> so that the curve is defined properly.
You can check the yield curve settings by using the <LS>Check</>
function within the Customizing activity. Alternatively,
you can execute the check report <AB>FTBB_YC_YCCHECK</> using the
<LS>ABAP Editor</> (transaction <AB>SA38</>) to identify inconsistencies
in how the yield curves are set up.
