Was verursacht dieses Problem?

The Spanish tax authorities stipulate that the name of the file on disk
takes the form OTYY (old)/OPYY (new), in which YY is replaced by the
last two digits of the year to be reported.
Thus the file for the 1993 annual sales report would be called OT93
(old)/OP93 (new).
