A field name specified in a Rule-Based Account Distribution Rule is not
included in the Field Profile for the rule. This can occur if a field
has been removed from a Field Profile and a pre-existing rule references
that field.

Either the Field Profile must be modified to include the named field, or
the Distribution Rule modified to remove reference to the field.
